The 4th Annual Local Communities in Bloom and The Town of Montague have joined to
make Montague Bloom People, Plants & Pride, Growing Together.
Judging will occur late July (date to follow) for the following categories:
Residential Property
Window Boxes, Planters & Hanging Baskets
Institutional
Churches
Seniors Residences
Commercial/Business
Children's Garden
Best Street
Best Vegetable Garden
Judges Choice (New This Year)
Enter yourself or nominate someone within the town by contacting the Town Hall (902) 838-2528.
A nomination committee has been formed to ensure that everyone who is eligible within the
categories, is entered. If the committee nominates you, you will be contacted in advance with
the option of declining prior to the judging.
Prizes are being donated by local area businesses.

2010 Miracle-Gro Residential In-Ground and Container Garden Contest
This contest is open to anyone living within Montague.
Since Montague is a participant in the national Communities In Bloom program, all residents
of the Montague community are eligible to enter this special contest sponsored by Miracle-Gro.

National judges will be in the Montague area August 10, 2010 - reception that evening at the Town Hall. National judging will then occur on August 11, 2010.
