    Recycle Run

    There is a Recycle Run May 30th, from the Station in Montague. People are encouraged to bring a gently used pair of sneakers or two for donation.

    Information about the run is posted on the PEI Roadrunners website: HERE.

    Registration is at 6pm and the run starts at 7pm.

    $10 per adult, $5 per student, $20 per family.

    Fishing Derby

    Prince Edward Island Bait Fishers Group Youth Fishing Derby will be held at the fire dam, close to the "Welcome To Montague" sign on Main Street North.

    A Youth Derby (15 years and under) will be on Saturday June 23, 2012 and on Sunday June 24, 2012 there will be a Family Day (children, parents & friends). Registration commences at 7:30 am on each day with the derbys starting at 8:30am.

    Registration is FREE!

    You must be registered to be eligible for prizes and awards. Prizes may be given out all day during the derby. Trophies or awards will be given out at the end of the day.

    Jim Bagnall Roast - Fundraiser

    A Jim Bagnall roast fundraiser for Montague Minor Hockey will be held on May 26 at the Wellness Centre.

    Social: 6-7 pm. Pork dinner: 7-9 pm. Then dance to the music of MacBeth from 10-1 (there will also be a silent auction).

    Tickets available now: $50 for the whole evening or $10 for the dance only. Get your tickets at Town Hall, Baker's, Montague Esso, Red's Corner, or the Wellness Centre.

    Dog Tags Are Available

    2012 Dog tags are now available. Dog owners in the Town are asked to register their dogs at Town Hall. Fees are $10 for a neutered animal and $20 if the dog is not neutered.
